The HCG dieter’s day is very simple in terms of eating. Start the day with a cup of tea or coffee, no sugar. Drink plenty of water! If you have a good sized water bottle, make sure you’re drinking enough to refill it 5-10 times a day, depending on the capacity. At lunch time, prepare 100 grams of lean protein such as white fish or chicken breast. You may add any seasonings that do not contain sugar or oil. Make sure you read all food labels carefully. You may grill your protein using a small amount of water or chicken broth. It will keep the protein from drying out. With your lunch, have a vegetable and a melba toast or a grissino. Mixing vegetables during a meal and eating the same protein twice in the same day will impede your weight loss success on the HCG diet drops. For dinner, follow the same procedure, but choose a different protein and a different vegetable. You also have 2 servings of fruit to choose from during your day. You can have them with meals or as a snack in between meals. Remember to drink plenty of water! Oh, and don’t forget to take your HCG drops, of course!
