Phase 1 of the HCG diel plan comprises the first two days of using HCG drops.
This is like the initation phase of your HCG diet. The main difference between your normal eating habits and Phase 1 of the HCG diet plan is that you take the HCG drops under your tongue in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Place 10 small HCG droplets under your tongue three times a day, and leave them there for 15 seconds or so before swallowing.

For the first two days, as the HCG drops begin working on your hypothalamus--and thus your fat-burning mechanism--you should eat normally. In fact, you should view these first two days on the HCG diet plan as "gorge days" or "loading days." Load up on your favorite foods, gorge yourself, stuff yourself, even have a midnight snack.
However, you do need to begin consuming one-half to one gallon of water each day, a habit that you should continue throughout your HCG diet and after.
After two days, you will commence Phase 2 of the HCG diet plan and launch a restricted, 500-calorie eating regimen. (Official HCG Diet Plan will provide you with satisfying recipes.)
But for Phase 1, you can gorge and load yourself up with your favorite foods.
