What do I do if I don't receive the link email to download my order's electronic documents?
We suggest that if you haven't received your order email, you should check your SPAM, as it may have possibly entered that folder. You have 2 ways to retrieve your electronic documents. You may either login to your account through the website, from the MY ACCOUNT page, in order to access your documents. If you paid using Google Checkout, they too should have emailed the download links associated with your order. But don't worry, if you find that you haven't received the documents, you can email us for assistance.
What's it mean when my order status is "Awaiting Fulfillment"?
We process and ship all orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM the same day. Our system automatically updates around 10:00 PM MST, daily, for all orders placed that day including shipping details. If you placed your order before 4 PM but it was late in the afternoon, your order status may say "awaiting fulfillment" because our systems haven't updated yet. Your order would still have been shipped that day however.
If it's been a few days since you placed your order and you haven't received a tracking number, we ask that you check your email's SPAM folder. If it's not there please feel free to contact customer support. Our staff will be more than willing to assist you.
My order doesn't say processed on my account page. Why?
If your "My Account" page isn't displaying your order information, one of two things have happened.
You may have used Google Checkout and if you used Google Checkout your order will not show on your "My Account" page, instead you will receive all documentation, order information, and shipping details and notifications through your Google Checkout account page.
The other thing that may have happened is that you accidentally used the "Checkout as a Guest" option. If you placed your order and accidentally checkout as a guest, your order won't show on your "My Account" page because the "Checkout as a Guest" doesn't create an account on our website. You can simply wait for an email to the email address used when the order was place for your order information and shipment tracking number(s).
Wondering where the B12 supplement is with your order?
The B12 supplement is premixed with every one of our Official HCG Drops. The description page for the product states it's already been added and each bottle is clearly labeled.
Why is there a different taste in my drops?
Since we believe that alcohol isn't necessary and that it can cause deterioration of the pure HCG dosage we do not include it in our Official HCG Drops. The difference in the taste is most likely due to that. Alcohol is an ingredient added in most budget brands and an ingredient we don't deem necessary.
