Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States, including APO/AE addresses. All orders placed before 4pm MST (Mon - Fri) will be shipped the same business day, for free, with tracking via UPS Next Day Air. Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on Saturday. All orders placed before 4pm MST on Monday - Friday will arrive within 1 business day (no Saturday or Sunday delivery), as all of our orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air. If ordered after 4pm MST, the package will be shipped the next business day only within the USA, otherwise the package is mailed via UPS Standard mail to all other countries. If ordered on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday. Also, all orders placed with a PO BOX address will be shipped via USPS Express Mail, as UPS does not deliver to PO BOX addresses.

For international orders your country may apply a duties and tax fee to deliver your product. This fee is charged directly by your government as taxes for importing the product and is the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery. This amount may vary based on the value of your package, on average it will range from as little as 5$ up to 25$ for more expensive packages. This duty and tax fee is very similar to a sales tax fee if you simply purchased this product inside a store. Since we don't charge our customers sales tax, this would simply be comparable as an applicable tax to all international orders. Based on our experience you may not even have to pay any fines or taxes depending on your country. We ask that all customers to simply expect to pay a small duty and tax fee upon arrival for the package for international orders, and if they are not charged, all the better. The mail carrier will not leave the package without payment of the duties and tax. If the package is refused upon arrival there may be restocking fee's and no reimbursement for the shipping cost when the package arrives back to our warehouse.

Once received by our distribution manager, it usually takes 5-7 business days for it to be processed through our billing department, and you will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
